Our solution is BENJA.
We created BENJA because we believe that food is our most important preventive medicine.
Another reason why we founded BENJA was the following:
We are very disappointed by all kinds of “meal replacements” that have come on the market but are not really that good.
Many of these meal replacements:
And we can continue for a while like that…
In short, there was an urgent need for a better meal replacement shake, not developed by teenagers who want a quick meal to continue playing computer games, or overly focused on (unhealthy) weight loss, but a meal replacement shake developed by scientists and medical doctors with a strong background in nutrition science, health and aging.
A third reason why we have created BENJA was the following:
in today’s society, too many people eat unhealthy or skip meals.
As a result, you do not sufficiently take in important nutrients. This undermines your health, accelerates aging and can lead to all sorts of “vague” but cumbersome complaints, such as fatigue, concentration problems, sleep difficulties and brain fog. This creates a direct negative effect on your day and on your productivity.
We have created BENJA as a solution to this problem: a healthy, easy alternative for fast food available to everyone.
A fourth reason why we need BENJA in our lives:
To produce a kilo of beef, 15 000 liters (4000 gallons) of water is needed. To produce a kilo of vegetables, only 250 liters (66 gallons) of water is required.
Every time you swap 500 grams of meat with the same amount of vegetables, you save as much water as not daily showering for three months.
Eating that much meat is unsustainable for the environment. If each of us 7 billion humans eat as much meat as the average American or European, we would need several earths.
BENJA is completely plant-based. There are no animal products involved, which is very good for the environment. And for the animals!

patient in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and
prevention of disease.”
