Chia seed porridge with fruit and hazelnuts
- 1/3 cup of chia seed
- 1 cup vegetable milk (hazelnut milk, almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk)
- handful of hazelnuts
- handful of blueberries (if frozen, let them first defrost)
- extra: tablespoon of pomegranate, goji berries, red currants
- extra: stevia of erythritol for a more sweet taste.
Add the chia seed to a bowl, together with the vegetable milk, hazelnuts and berries. Stir and let the chia seed congeal for twenty minutes so that the mixture becomes a porridge. Serve.
