BREAKFAST


Chia seed porridge with fruit and hazelnuts

Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup of chia seed
  • 1 cup vegetable milk (hazelnut milk, almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk)
  • handful of hazelnuts
  • handful of blueberries (if frozen, let them first defrost)
  • extra: tablespoon of pomegranate, goji berries, red currants
  • extra: stevia of erythritol for a more sweet taste.
Add the chia seed to a bowl, together with the vegetable milk, hazelnuts and berries.Stir and let the chia seed congeal for twenty minutes so that the mixture becomes a porridge. Serve.
